Memflect is a tool for self-reflection and personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, medical advice, or crisis intervention. If you are in crisis or need mental health support, please contact a professional immediately.
The Agreement
By using Memflect, you agree to treat this tool—and yourself—with respect. You own your data, but we own the platform. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your account. Do not use Memflect for illegal activities, hate speech, or to harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these core values.
Payments & Refunds
Memflect charges a one-time fee of $3.99 per extended reflection. All sales are final once the audio file has been generated and delivered. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from receiving your reflection, contact us at ryan@memflect.com and we'll make it right.
Content Ownership
You own your memory text, voice recordings, and the reflections generated from them. Memflect uses AI (ElevenLabs voice cloning, OpenAI text generation) to create your reflections, but the output belongs to you. We do not use your content for any purpose other than generating your personal reflection.
"As Is" Service
We build software with love, but bugs happen. Memflect is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages (data loss, service interruption, etc.) arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute with Memflect, please email ryan@memflect.com first. We'll work in good faith to resolve it. If we can't, disputes are governed by the laws of Singapore.
